FYI.... This website was taken down and no longer works as of Jan 2010. I have filed a BBB complaint.... no response... all working telephone numbers associated with this company don't work. HSN's hands are tied and pretty much if you bought this t.v. like I did 2 years ago and SUDDENLY it just quit working there is nothing we can do about it because of this shady freakin company.
