Can you still become a pediatrition even if you only have a GED?

It is possible. You must first get accepted to a college. It is your undergrad work and your MCATs that medical schools will evaluate in your application. After graduating med school you can apply for a pediatric residency. Once you pass your boards, you could then be have become a pediatrician without graduating High school.
