How did Taylor swift star her career?

She and her family moved to Nashville when she was thirteen. She began going into record studiOS and saying "Hi, I'm Taylor, and I want a record contract." (and I'm dead serious!) Eventually someone signed her, and she put out her first CD, 'Taylor Swift', at age sixteen. I bet the people that didn't sign her then regret it now!
