Can you get a prescription of Ativan refilled a few days early?

Most of the time yes they will. Like if you're leaving for a trip or if it's only one or two days early then most places will refill the prescription. You could have gotten all of the medicine at once anyway, so they really can't keep you from getting the rest of it whenever you want to.

Now if it's a new prescription for the same medicine then you might run into trouble, but if the same doctor gave you another script then I don't think they have a choice. You will run into problems if you have gone to more than one doctor and gotten the same medicine, maybe even serious problems. Do not do this, you could risk legal action against you.

These are not facts by any means, but it seems from my experiences this is the way it works.
