How do you reduce cycle time of cnc machine?

The best ways to decrease the cycle times of a CNC machine is to

• Review the program and find where bigger depth of cuts are possible.
• Slightly faster feeds can be made if possible.
• Safely indexing to a new tool closer to the workpiece.
• Another thing would be to drastically increase the feed (but not rapid movement) from where the tool stops when it approaches the workpiece to right before it starts cutting.
