How much oil for a Honda XR 80 1985-7 and what type?

Takes less than a quart. If you live in a warm climate, run 20w-50, if in a cooler climate run 10w-40. After draining oil, fill with half a quart and then check with the level with the dip stick. Continue to poor more oil in as needed, being careful not to add too much.
