What evolves with a king's rock in sapphire?

Hey..i dont mean to upset you..but its called a 'King's rock' and when a pokemon is traded holding this item..it evolves..here are the pokemon that will evolve with help of a king's rock: 1) Poliwhirl into Politoed ,2)Slowpoke into Slowking. happy to help ..:)
