You may get pregnant if you have vaginal intercourse without using other protection. Some women will have spotting or a change in mentrual cycle for a month or two after stopping the birth control pill. Your periods will likely revert to the pattern they had before you used the pill, so if your period was irregular when you started it pills, it will probably go back to being irregular.
