What are great places for a winter vacation?

In my opinion, Uzbekistan is best for a winter vacation because it is affordable, family-friendly, and it's the best time to visit now. There are so many places, such as Khiva, and in the wintertime, it feels like a fairy tale under the snow. Tashkent (Uzbekistan's capital) has Museums, cafés, theatres, and shopping are perfect for cold days.
