Can mescaline be detected on a standard drug test?

It is extremely rare for mescaline to be specifically tested for. In general this will only happen in cases where mescaline use is already suspected. Most people will never run into such a test in an employment, military, or government drug test. With a specific urine test mescaline can be detected up to four days after use.
