Why when you ask a girl out she does not say yes or no?

Maybe she is not interested in you and she doesn't want to hurt your feeling. some girls won't give you an answer cause they don't like to hurt a man's pride.
Sometimes girls are just too shy to tell you the answer. when guys ask me out it takes me a while to answer them because i am too shy. start talking to her more and make her feel comfortable being around you and everything else. let her know you are here for her. it always works on me.

I'm a girl, and it either means she isn't interested and doesn't know how to tell you without hurting your feelings [if this is the case, then I'm sorry :(], or it could mean that she likes you a lot and is really shy. Girls aren't like boys, we could spend hours analysing what the guy said and how to reply.

Just give her some time and space, but if she takes too long you could subtly hint you need an answer.
