What are some ways in which a spreadsheet can assist in the running of a school or a club house?

Teachers use spreadsheet's to record student's marks so they can see how much progress they have made. Also teachers use a spreadsheet so they can work out the grade of a student witch saves them a lot of time. They might also need to produce a chart to show their class.
