Should women be Scoutmasters of a Boy Scout Troop?

There are two reasons that support and do not support women being scoutmasters.

Yes: it promotes gender equality, some women may be more experienced in scouts than some of the men.

No: In a boy scouts troop, they would probably prefer a man to take charge and lead the scouts they are in, because it is outdoors and has been tradition for a long time.

Comparison: Guides has been made for girls, and scouts were formed for boys, so keeping the women leading the guides, and the men leading the scouts would probably be the better option.
