What is the meaning of Psalm 117?

Psalm 117 mentions, " Praise Jehovah, all you nations; Glorify him, all you peoples. For his loyal love toward us is great; The faithfulness of Jehovah endures forever. Praise Jah! These Words indicate that Jehovah God should be praised by all because he is faithful to us.

A parallel scripture is Revelation 4:11, "You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”
