Who is the founder of ING VYSYA BANK?

No particular founder. It emerged as a result of a Dutch Bank (IMG) merging with an Indian bank (Vysya). The management teams of both banks decided that merging their operations would result in a stronger more profitable enterprise. No one man made this decision.
