What is the difference between assertive passive and aggressive behavior?

Passive -

Shy

Let people push them around

usually hunch over not intimidating

don't stand up for themselves

says sorry a lot

shifts there weight around

uncertain

nervous

ASsertive -

Stand up for what they believe in but respect the other person at the same time

usually say i understand what your saying but i think this way

has a strong voice

stands up for people who are weaker

Use I statements

Confident

in control

Aggressive -

Points at people

stand on top of them (so they look like a tower)

loud intimidating voice

doesn't end an argument until they win

intimidating look and body language

can't control their temper
