Skype
To close your webcam application in
Skype, go to the video settings within the
Skype app. Click on the "Video" tab and select "Stop Video" or simply exit the video call. This will free up the webcam for use in another program. Make sure the other application is open and ready to access the webcam after you've stopped it in
Skype.
