How do you email a complaint to the Littlewoods catalog board of directors?

I thomas moore am complaining about the way littlewoods treat customers like idiots,ive bought 2 hemmingway chairs in2011 one chair is already havin the dye come of on visiters clothes plus the stitching looks like a amitures done it littlwoods keep sending so called upholstrers out who only know how to photograph the chair and the second guy cut a peace of the chair photographed the chair and left sayin he has to mix the correct dies that was 2weeks ago so ive contacted trading standers to deal with this as under 1979actsale of goods act I would still be covered the garentee but you draged it out instead of help acustomer who's credit with you is over 8000 pounds I wood have payed the chairs but now Im stuck paying 900 interest charges I would like other customers to be ware as the so called upholstrers are subed out which means they dont actually work for littlewoods . why is littlewoods draggin this for the last3month.
