Where is the fuse box located for the windows on a 96 Jetta GLS?

its under the driver side, below the panel on the other side, below the wheel. I see it, on our 1996 VW Jetta GLS. It is a single, yellow, 20 amp fuse. It is underneath the coolant overflow. Assume you are standing in front of the car, facing the windshield at the left, front corner. Under the hood, see the battery? It is behind the battery, closer to the firewall.
