Where does Carth go in kotor when you become Reven again?

If you are good Carth will stand by you (just about), If you are evil though you slaughter half of your party and he runs off into the jungle of the Unknown World but is picked up by Republic forces. If you are female and have done the love quest he will appear after you defeat Malak and try to convert you saying "I LOVE YOU!" you can become a good guy again or better still rip his guts out!
