Where is the Blue Ridge parkway located?

The Blue Ridge Parkway is located in Virginia and North Carolina. The roadway links Shenandoah National Park and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The highway is 469 miles and runs mostly through the Blue Ridge section of the Appalachian Mountains.
