How do you find out if you have Spondylosis?

First thing you have to do is visit the doctor there is no other way to tell. Personally I have spondoylosis. The doctor will take x-rays and probably send you through physical therapy. But I cannot say what the doctor will personaly say for YOU. It also depends on what stage you have. Other cures for this is surgury or chiropractic visits.
