Yes, they can be married....if she is eventually turned over and has become a vampire. It must be that way because the male vampire will eventually lose controll and might kill. that is not true. it is possible, and it has been done. althou some have turned on their lover for blood, not all do that. some can overcome the thirst, because of the love for their lover.
