See the marination is not about food its the flavors you want in.The Flavors you like should be used to marinate it.
You can either marinate it with a liquid similar to heating with flavors liquid or marinate it with paste.
According to me:(Paste marination)
- Cut it into pieces and keep it aside.
- then make a paste of Gram Flour with red chilli powder,and all sorts of spices you need in it.
- Apply the paste on the cut pieces.
- heat it in oven at 80 to 100 degrees Celsius for 15 min keep checking the thing do not get roasted too much
- Fry the contents of oven in a frying pan.
