Cleopatra VII had four children. She had Caesarion with Julius Caesar, Ceasarion means 'little Caesar'. Cleopatra VII had three children with Marcus Antonius (Marc Antony) they had one set of twins: Alexander HeliOS and Cleopatra Selene II, and a boy: Ptolemy Philadelphus.
