What is value Billy Holiday 78 record?

There is no value per-say. You can buy 78's at flea markets for a quarter. It depends on your buyer and how much they want the record that you have. It is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. There are not many 78's that hold any significant value... in most cases you would be lucky to get a dollar.
