How many women has been sentence to death?

As of my last update, approximately 16 women are on death row in the United States. Globally, the number of women sentenced to death varies by country and can be difficult to track accurately due to differing legal systems and reporting practices. In some countries, women face capital punishment for crimes such as murder, drug trafficking, and other serious offenses. However, the overall trend shows that women represent a small percentage of those sentenced to death compared to men.
