What was the poem from the film 'Carve her name with pride'?

The_Life_That_I_Have, written by Leo_Marks, my father les brown had this poem on a small piece of paper he carried in his wallet for years. sadly he died on 11th July 2010, i turned the tv on today ( 7th aug ) as this poem was being spoken to Virginia mckennar in the film carve her name with pride. brought back some memories for me . this was also a fantastic film. hope this helps anyone looking for this cheers graham brown.
