How do you make a rank X monster in DQM?

I don't have all the rank X monsters but i will do all i know how to make

rhapthorne - dhoulmagus x nimzo

rhapthorne II - rhapthorne x zoma

ruin - gold golem x mumboh-jumboe

THERE Are alot more but no offence that's all i will show u for the mean time

P.S. some one awnser my Q it is the 1 that says how do u make a trap box (the quicker i get a awnser the more i will do OK or is that KO)
