Is Jehovah God or Jesus

Well the answer is both, JEHOVAH is both God & Jesus.

JEHOVAH, The Great I AM, is the creator of the world.

"In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1).

Jesus is the creator, "All things were made by HIM (the Word or Jesus), and without HIM (the Word or Jesus) was not anything made that was made." (John 1).
