What are the chances of getting pregnant at 42?

Pretty reasonable- a great many women are having children in their 40s these days, and even early 50s is getting to be less unusual now. By modern standards, pregnancy at 42 is not considered abnormally old at all, it's becoming quite a normal age- if the woman is still menstruating and has not gone through an 'early menopause', then her chances are good.
