Depends on which benzo it is since they have different half-lives. Also how long and how much you've been taking. It can take 1-42 days depending on those factors. They are fat soluble though just like cannabis. So sweat it out. Work out hard and drink plenty of water and things like grapefruit juice or milk thistle to cleanse your liver. And of course, stop taking them.
