Hi, I do not know the exact size, but looking at the Catheram Seven, it seems that the front frame is not large enough to accomodate a flat engine, and only an inline type could fit. Also, the two heads will probably interfere with the front suspension system. Also the transmission should not be Subaru loosing the AWD feature that will have no sense in a car where "oversteering" is the most peculiar characteristic. Anyway, It would be interesting to see if a modification of the frame would be possible, even with the cooperation of the engine in managing forces (like what it is in fashion now for the motorbikes). Also from the esthetic point of view, having the two engine heads coming out of the car body one at each side, toghether with the exaust pipes, would be a very interesting look feature.
