How do you create a file on a Ipod touch?

no, its my turn to say sorry to delete the answer. its too confusing. no offense, now first, you have to put your finger on one of your things. put your finger there and it will begin to shake. drag that thing to another one. then it will create a folder. when u want it to stop shaking, press the button below, (the only button on the front of the iPod) then it will stop. to change the name of a folder, make your things shake again, click on the folder, then u will be able to change the name of it. I hope it helped.
