Why is yz125 reving high. After rebuild it starts but revs high and will not lower. I did nothing with the carb during rebuild and it ran just fine before. Any ideas?

It sounds like it might be an air leak . Did you check for cracks in the mounting boot and replace gaskets between carb. to motor.
