In the year 1994-1995 , the E.P.L was won by Blackburn Rovers, this was the first time a small club won the E.P.L. Otherwise it has always been the big four, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United. That year the great Alan Shearer and Damien Duff were their heros.
