Why do blond boys pee themselves when they wear briefs?

Hair color has nothing to do with it. Little boys often do not complete urination or know how to empty the urethra before pulling up their underwear after. Dribbles will happen.

Girls are taught to wipe but many boys are often not taught to shake.
