What is something that can take form of the three states of matter?

Its ability to transition between these states is influenced by temperature and pressure changes. For instance, when heated, ice melts into liquid water, and further heating can convert it into steam. Conversely, cooling water vapor can condense back into liquid or freeze into ice.
