Why is there no help out there when your under spiritual attack 24 hours a day even to the extent when spirits are walking in the street with you you ask for help but no one gives it?

Why do you have spiritual attacks? Do you mean like ghosts haunting you and stuff? Well, as most people can't see your "spirits" or what I'd like to call "ghosts" then people out on the street either won't believe you as they cannot see them.
