Does a girl tell a boy that she loves him?

i think the girl should be honest i mean you never know he might have the same feelings as you and you could end up snuggling on the lounge just all you need to do is let the boy know and if he says he feels nothing then just say who cares you just lost a big deal i am too good for you anyway it is easy as that let me know how it all goes
