What are the good effect of paints?

Painting is only good if you like doing it. Those who paint tend to see beauty where others don't because they spend a lot of time looking at things differently. Many songs are more impressive when you learn how to play them. It's then that you get a better idea of how the thing is put together.

Paint itself is pretty neat stuff. Thick and gooey swirls of trippy and lush color, not to mention the amazing technical feats of those like John Singer Sargent. Pushing that stuff around on canvas is fun. It lets parts of your mind stretch out that usually don't get to come out and play. It's also an arena for serious study. How far you take it is completely up to you.
