How long is the beep test?

On a 20 metre beep test (the standard) running at level 7 you will need to complete 10 runs at 11.5km/h which if including the 6 levels already run will total 1220metres (you run less shuttles at lower levels) So at 7.5 on the beep test you'll have to run 5 runs at 11.5km/h to a total of 1120metres. Level (shuttles/speed) = total metres 1 (7/8.5km/h) = 140 2 (8/9km/h) = 300 3 (8/9.5km/h) = 460 4 (9/10km/h) = 640 5 (9/10.5km/h) = 820 6 (10/11km/h) = 1020 7 (10/11.5km/h) = 1220
