What is the right against self-incrimination?

Self-incrimination happens when somebody says something that makes him seem guilty. It is allowed, a criminal can plead guilty or submit a confession. In the United States a suspect must agree to speak to law enforcement officials knowing that they can wait to have an attorney present in order to self-incriminate.
