In the 'Parsha' (Portion) of 'Vayislach' in Genesis ('Bereishis') after Yaacov wrestles with his brother's ('Eisau[v]') guardian angel and wins, the angel tells him his name is no longer 'Yaacov' ('Jacob' From the Word 'akev' heel) but 'Yisroel' (Israel).
The Hebrew ('Loshon HaKodesh') aliteration is: ' Kee sharisah eem elohim (G-d of/ in nature) ve eem anashim (People) ve toochaul. "Because you have fought with (an angel of) G-d and with (Lavan & Eisav), and you have overcome."
