What is Obama's 'Car Czar' plan?

The original car czar plan has been replaced with panel who will look into formulating the policies and finances about how to help the US auto industry. The Panel will have Tim Geithner and Larry Summers as members. More might be named later. They will decide how money can be offered to help the industry.
