How do you apply eye mousse?

Go to your nearest drugstore, or Walmart (where i got mine), and buy a foundation/ concealer brush. If you buy from walmart, mine was only about four dollars.

Then dab a bit on your brush and put it on in a criss-cross motion on your face to eliminate streaks. Then use a powder and kabuki/powder brush in a circular motion to set it. Most of these brushes at walmart sell for very cheap, but the powder will usually cost around eight dollars, but the setting step is optional. I hope everything turns out like you want it to :)
