What was the first sylvanian family ever?

It is thought to maybe be the Wildwood family or the Evergreen bears. The Wildwood and Evergreen families were made in the lat '80's (when SF were released) and I think Timbertop in the '90's (which people think was the first ever family). I hope this helps with your question.
