Take I-10 WEST to SH-71 WEST to LA GRANGE and AUSTIN at EXIT 695 in Texas. In Houston, you can bypass downtown by taking I-610 (Loop Freeway). (Exit at EXIT 775A onto I-610 NORTH, then take I-610 around downtown Houston back to I-10 WEST to SAN ANTONIO at EXIT 11A.)
