How do you inflate a Presta valve?

To inflate a Presta valve, first unscrew the top cap and press down on the valve to release any air inside. Next, attach a pump with a Presta valve adapter to the valve stem. Pump air into the valve until you reach the desired pressure, then remove the pump and screw the top cap back on to secure the valve.
