What is the difference between an undergradutate degree and a high school diploma?

The high school diploma indicates the completion of 12th grade. The next level would be undergraduate work, which can include an associates degree (a two year program of study beyond high school), or a bachelors degree (four year program of study beyond high school). After completion of the bachelors degree (undergraduate), comes graduate work which includes the masters and doctoral levels).
